Who I am?

I’m Mark Pollitt, an educator, leader, speaker, and lifelong learner. Over the past two decades, I’ve served as a teacher, principal, leadership coach, and education consultant, working with schools and systems around the world.

Along the way, I’ve come to believe that many of the solutions we seek in education are already within us, waiting to be nurtured, shared, and grown. That’s why I created Seeds of Knowledge: to offer educators everywhere free, creative professional learning that sparks new thinking and deepens practice.

Through workshops, courses, writing, and community dialogue, I explore how metaphors, stories, and reflection can help us build more inclusive, innovative, and future-ready schools.
